Since 2009, we have established our master's degree in Business Law. While our curricula have continually influenced the development of legal education in Thailand, we always ensure that they are properly revised to keep pace with the evolving social, economic, and legal environments. One such example is the ASEAN Economic community in 2015 which presents an imminent challenge to Thai legal education.

There is already a well-recognized need for lawyers who are able to cope with increasingly complex commercial disputes involving international parties who use English as the "lingua franca". For this reason, we decided to launch a new bachelor's degree program entirely taught in English and focusing on the area of business law. Our goal is to produce graduates who not only possess a mastery of Thai law but also have the ability to practice the law in English locally, regionally, and internationally.
